Certain courses require lab fees to offset costs of theatre and music performace tickets.
Non-billable costs may fluctuate and will vary by location and personal spending habits and preferences. Students are billed their regular Drexel tuition for the term(s) they study abroad on Drexel sponsored program. For a breakdown of tuition cost, please contact the Billing Office.
Compare expenses: If you were to stay at Drexel, the Financial Aid Office budgets the following amounts for a 5 year student living on or off campus. Compare these expenses with your study abroad expenses to determine the real difference in cost. Some programs are less expensive than living in Philadelphia!
Annual Expenses at Drexel (approx $5,900 per term):
Room and Board: $16,180

Financial Aid remains the same during term abroad. Students may consider submitting the study abroad budget sheet to the Financial Aid Office to reassess their financial need and funding.
