Drexel in England: Fashion in London
This program is open to open to Fashion Design sophomores and Design and Merchandising juniors. Students will gain knowledge of the British fashion industry and learn specialist skills gained within the stimulating, creative and multi-cultural environment of London College of Fashion (LCF). LCF is part of Europe’s largest and most influential university for art, design, fashion, communication and the performing arts. Courses are taught by British faculty at LCF. Courses are designed to take advantage of the strong fashion influences of London and offer Drexel students a unique opportunity to learn in a different culture. Students from universities around the world participate in the program, offering a great opportunity to internationalize your fashion perspective.
Besides studying at LCF students will also go on a five-day study tour of Paris, seeing many of the famous Parisian sights, exploring several important museums, and developing their own personal sketch book! The travel cost of this trip is included in the program fee.
