Program Overview

This one-week program will explore the history, business environment and culture in Spain, centered in Barcelona as the second largest city and largest port in the Mediterranean.  Working with local organizations, students will participate in specialized lectures and sessions, interact with local professionals, and apply on the ground learnings at various site visits.  Topics may include international trade and exchange, small business and entrepreneurship, technology and innovation, education, and the economy and infrastructure.
